How to stop stressing about anything?
If you are stressing about something then if it is possible that you can work on it, try your best to complete the work as soon as possible otherwise as per going time, it will only increase the stress and if it is out of your control which means that nothing can be done by you on it because it depends on other factors or on other people then let it go, try to forget about it. Keep trust that everything will workout out at the end and if it doesn't work out well then it's not the end, thus wait for the right time. This time is only tough, the next time will definitely be good. Today is only hard, stressful; tomorrow will definitely be a good, happy day.
